We love the depth of Fred Levine's videos. He chooses some everyday topic of interest to kids and takes you through the whole process, not just the usual stuff. For example, in House Construction Ahead, you begin with site surveying, move to excavation and rock blasting (a little boy pleaser, for sure), then to harvesting timber and milling lumber. Then it's on to huge concrete trucks, pouring the foundation, and finally, the actual step-by-step construction of a new house.
